Well look what we have here; it would appear that the folks over at FHM have decided that Miss Rachel Stevens is the cover girl of the decade and they have put her on 2010’s first addition. I must say that although Rachel is a great choice and is absolutely gorgeous but hottest girl of the past 2010s? I’m not so sure although all credit to her she is as sexy today as she was 10 years ago,
